REVIEW OF THE 2022/2023 WINTER SEASON

The snowfall before the spring holidays and the good weather should further improve the balance. But the figures for the 2022-2023 winter season are already excellent.

The occupancy rate rose by 10 points* in Saint Martin de Belleville, thanks in particular to the new accommodation at the Hotel Lodji, the M Lodge & Spa and the chalets at Caseblanche.

This season is marked by the return of foreign clients, notably the British, Belgians and Germans.

Contrary to other years, we did not have a low period in January. Some regulars even made several stays or booked several weeks in a row.*

Generally speaking, the various promotional and communication actions carried out by the 3 Vallées resorts and the events organised contributed positively to the good activity in the mountains.

The following highlights of the season are worth noting:
o The FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in February in Courchevel and Méribel with a total of 150,000 spectators counted over the two weeks of competition.
o The 50th anniversary of Val Thorens with the inauguration of the new sports centre called Le Board
o The 25th Trophée de l’Espoir organised in Les Menuires
o The 4th edition of the Menuires du Rire, with nearly 1300 spectators
o The 1st Complètement à la Masse event

Thanks to the diversification of the accommodation on offer in Saint Martin de Belleville with new or renovated programmes, the rental property stock is growing.

90% of sales in the village lead to the property being rented out. Let’s take as an example the chalet NANOUK, the first born of the LES CHALETS DE LA COMBE development. It has been available for rent for 2 years and has been a real success this season with 7 weeks of rental occupancy thanks to its prestigious features.

Let yourself be tempted and come and recharge your batteries in a pleasant and warm setting and why not try your hand at property investment, we will be delighted to help you in this project.
