An operation as A.M.O (Assistant à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage). It all began in September 2021, when an owner in Saint Martin de Belleville wanted to build a new chalet in place of his existing property, a 200 m² chalet dating from the 90s. Innovative, original and modern, the customer wanted a unique chalet equipped with the latest technology.
With 600 m² of floor space, we optimized the land to create a cascading chalet with 2 levels of access.
The chalet is composed of :
5 levels – 5 en suite bedrooms including 1 dormitory – a vast mezzanine entrance, a living space of over 100 m² – 1 cinema room – 1 games room – 1 bar – 1 wine cellar – 1 swimming pool – 1 sauna – 1 hammam – 1 fitness room – 1 ski room – 1 staff accommodation – 1 elevator – 3 garages.
The special feature is that the pool area, with its 27 m² pool, opens onto a terrace equipped with an outdoor spa. And every living space on every level has access to the outside.
We were very particular about the choice of interior finishes, and accompanied our customer from the drawing up of his specifications right through to the delivery of his property.
From consulting with design offices to tendering for works contracts, we organized all the administrative and relational management between our customer and those involved in the project.
Representing the project owner at site meetings, we are able to monitor the project as closely as possible and keep our customer informed of progress.
By providing overall supervision of the project, we are able to control and anticipate as far as possible the hazards of the builder’s trade.
