DESCRIPTION OF THE FLOORS
Third floor: This floor houses the living room of more than 30m² surrounded by two balconies. One of them is fully south-facing, bathing the room in light. A living area overlooks the kitchen below. This floor has an area with exposed beams lying at a height of 3.25m.
First floor: The chalet’s main entrance is on this floor. It offers a storage cupboard built in to the interior design. A wet room with walk-in shower as well as a bedroom of almost 11m² are included on this floor. This bedroom leads onto the main 20m² terrace which connects to the living room. This living room more than 45m² in size includes a bar as well as the fully-fitted laid out kitchen. Owing to its modular design, the room can be laid out as desired. The kitchen / dining room offers panoramic views over the Belleville Valley from its floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony. The balcony leads onto a small, secluded and sheltered terrace housing a spa.
Ground floor: This floor comprises the sleeping quarters owing to its four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms vary from 12m² to more than 15m² in size. The largest room offers a terrace of nearly 12m² with a panoramic view over the Valley. Two other bedrooms have a shared balcony offering a view over the surrounding mountains.
