CHALET ESCAPADE : A new project in A.M.O.
The purchaser of this chalet called on PROMOJAY to assist and represent him during the construction phase. An Assistant Project Manager agreement was therefore put in place.
The project, which began just over a year ago with the demolition of the existing property, is now nearing completion of the structural work, with the carpentry company due to take over in mid-June.
Consultations are currently underway to find the companies responsible for the joinery (interior and exterior), electricity and plumbing.
