In the heart of the old village, with its small typical chapel, this old building, which will be entirely renovated, will seduce you with its authenticity. The existing structure is representative of the traditional mountain habitat, with the vaulted volume on the ground floor which housed the men and animals in winter and the upper levels for the storage of hay and agricultural tools. Its vernacular architecture, characteristic of Bellevillois buildings, makes it a rare property in Saint Martin de Belleville.

The ambition of this beautifully crafted renovation is to transform an old house, whose picturesque character has been respected, into modern, luxurious accommodation.

To this end, numerous openings were created, while preserving as much as possible the original facades made of local stone. The roof was entirely renovated with slate slabs and balconies with wrought iron railings were added.

The organisation of the volumes has also been thought out so that the dwelling benefits from the best assets of the existing building.
